about worrying about your spouse it is a little out because it depends of what condition, most cheating spouses always call this situation an accusation even they are cut cheating if the whole world don't see them..
if you cheat that will be an attribute for low self esteem as well you failed to maintain stability.
if you are self confident don't get married or have a spouse if you are going to cheat.
when you say you love you shouldn't tried to hurt youself, thinking that you hurting your mate.

Self esteem comes from the inside.
If you are beautiful in the inside no matter who you are it shines on the outside.
God's love for all is the greatest esteem you could have because in the end that's all that matters.

I would say that I am a very confidant person by nature.
I don't wait for others to give me the gratification that can best come from the one who knows me best, me. I don't let the qualities of others or their successes affect me if I am lacking in those areas.
The reason being is, I feel we all have amazing qualities in different areas that balance us all out. After reading this article I would say that based on the given day or moment we all may suffer from low self-esteem issues from time to time. We may have brief bouts with it and then snap back. It is when we find ourselves constantly dealing with the issues or statements in the above article that we have to check ourselves.

Again my friend even my wife said I am infected "When I was in NY" I always say.
Focusing on the past, that's me. The only one that's not mine is the color because I love people too much. Also I love my wife once or twice I talked some rubbish but not to a certain extent.
I am a bit naive by trusting people too much which gets me in trouble sometimes.
Here is a story why one should never prejudge, .
There is a small guy very simple who goes to my job all the time. He looks like a Mexican dud with his alligator belt and shoes etc. I just found out that he one of the richest men in Buck-Head and the biggest client of my boss. That is why one should never judge.
My Ex-boss who is a very tall white dud always talk bad mouthing others, money hungry and arrogant doesn't have JACK-SQUAT.
So you see the difference, so please don't ever judge.

if you get on the scale once you get out of bed to see if you have gain a pound and think people will not pay attention to you. you have low self esteem
