Haitians And The Tall Poppy Syndrome

HI my brother,
The subject is very inteseting.I do not travel, I don't if it is the same thing for more country in the world.But our case is very complicated in HAITI.The tall poppy syndrome constitute a very big probleme for our developpement.The something wrong I can't tell you now to prove you the reality of this symdrome.But let me tell also in certain point of vew there are some succesful person whom are very appreciated like WYCLEF JEAN.
